We are partnering with an early-stage traveltech startup, recently launched, with the ambition to build a new category in high-end personalized travel.

The company combines premium travel experiences, a product-led approach and international expansion plans.

We’re looking for an AI Product Lead to take ownership of the digital product and help structure it from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

Digital product ownership

· Define and prioritize the product roadmap

· Translate business needs into concrete initiatives

· Bring structure to an evolving product environment

AI & automation

· Identify repetitive tasks and operational inefficiencies

· Propose AI-driven solutions (automation, agents, workflows)

· Coordinate implementation with external partners

Conversion & experience

· Analyze funnel performance (online + assisted channels)

· Identify friction points

· Drive improvements in conversion and efficiency

· Measure business impact of product decisions

Cross-functional coordination

· Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams

· Manage external tech and design providers

· Act as the central point for product decisions

Execution (core to the role)

· Define clear requirements

· Drive initiatives end-to-end

· Validate impact of delivered solutions

🔍 Profile we’re looking for

· 4–6 years in Product / Digital Product / Ecommerce

· Experience in fast-paced or agile environments (startup, scale-up)

· Strong prioritization and decision-making skills

· Business-oriented mindset

Nice to have

· Experience with automation or applied AI

· Background in eCommerce, marketplace or B2C products

· Hands-on mindset (able to prototype or experiment)
