Customer Succes Manager
At Q-tech, we collaborate with the world's largest reforestation platform, connecting companies and citizens with verified planting projects globally. With over 45 million trees planted and 30,000+ corporate clients, they are building the infrastructure to scale environmental impact through technology and AI.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to design and lead their first-ever CS function, focused on B2B SMB accounts.
Responsibilities
Own retention and commercial health of a portfolio of 200+ B2B SMB accounts.
Build and run proactive intervention flows: wallet top-up alerts, flatline detection, and winback campaigns.
Drive activation of newly onboarded clients: forest launch, branding, and sustainable planting habits.
Identify and execute expansion opportunities: volume increases, seasonal campaigns, new planting occasions.
Collaborate with the Tech team to build dashboards, health scores, and automated alerts that enable one-to-many CS at scale.
Define self-serve vs. human-touch segmentation across the portfolio.
Channel client feedback to Product and Tech teams, directly influencing the product roadmap.
Use AI tools daily (Claude, ChatGPT, HubSpot workflows) to scale outreach and automate sequences.
Requirements
3+ years in Customer Success in a B2B environment.
Fluent English (working language).
Strong data analysis skills: dashboards, churn signals, metrics-to-decisions.
Ability to manage 200+ accounts simultaneously through systems and smart prioritization.
Proficiency with AI tools for workflow automation.
HubSpot experience (dashboards, workflows, automated sequences) is a strong plus.
Experience in consumption-based or usage-based business models (not just subscription SaaS) is a strong plus.
French language skills and/or background in sustainability or CSR are valued.
