Account Manager B2B – Sustainability / Tech Sector (On-site in Barcelona)

At Q-tech, we collaborate with a fast-growing technology company that develops B2B solutions focused on sustainability and corporate responsibility. We are looking for an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise clients, supporting the full customer lifecycle and driving recurrence and account expansion.
Responsibilities
• Fully manage a portfolio of 80–100 active clients.
• Support onboarding, implementation, and ongoing follow-up.
• Serve as the client’s main point of contact.
• Collaborate with internal teams (projects, support, billing).
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Analyze usage data and detect risks and opportunities.
• Work toward revenue and recurrence targets.
• Use CRM tools for management and reporting.
Requirements
• 4–6 years in B2B Account Management or Sales.
• Experience managing mid-sized/large clients.
• Familiarity with SaaS or tech environments (highly valued).
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and autonomy.
• English and Spanish at an advanced level. French is highly valued.
