Your mission is to secure the deal by designing the right integration solution, removing technical friction, and ensuring the client can activate the product successfully.

You act as the technical owner of the final part of the sales cycle: explaining integration paths, validating feasibility, guiding implementation, and ensuring go‑live.

Responsibilities:

• Own the technical closure of qualified leads: validate needs, remove blockers, and choose the right integration method (connector, API, automation).

• Lead technical discovery to understand systems, triggers, and data flows.

• Design integration flows (REST APIs, webhooks, existing plugins, no‑code automations).

• Explain technical options to non‑technical stakeholders and guide them to the simplest robust solution.

• Support activation: troubleshoot integration issues and clarify documentation (no coding required).

• Reduce time‑to‑activation and ensure integrations reach go‑live successfully.

• Collaborate with product/engineering to improve documentation and onboarding.

• Use AI tools to speed up diagnostics and streamline integration workflows.

Requirements:

• Experience in technical integrations, solutions engineering, pre‑sales technical, or technical account management roles.

• Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, data mapping, and SaaS integrations.

• Ability to read technical documentation and explain it clearly to clients.

• Strong communication skills and confidence leading technical conversations.

• Excellent English; Spanish/French a plus.
