About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Manager - Test & Measurement to represent Keysight's advanced electronic measurement solutions across the Benelux region. This role is ideal for a T&M professional with interest in working with technologies like RF/MW, Photonics and its applications on AI, Electronic Warfare, 6G, digital/photonics systems, etc., across a variety of industries such as defense, telecommunications, automotive, and semiconductors.
You will have the opportunity of participating in ongoing training to stay updated on new technological trends, products and advanced sales techniques.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the territory and account sales plan, with autonomy to determine the best way to achieve and exceed the revenue targets
- Managing and growing existing accounts across a variety of industries, while also looking to find new accounts to add to our portfolio
- Engaging with strategic customers and prospects to understand their technical needs, build/strengthen relationships with key customers, and drive revenue growth by positioning Keysight’s hardware, software, and integrated solution
- Participating in the process of delivering creative solutions for our customers by engaging with our internal technical teams like R&D, application and solution engineers, etc
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Strong sales OR technical experience in electronic measurement and testing systems (e.g., RF, digital, photonics)
- Knowledge and/or hands-on experience of instruments such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, and oscilloscopes
- Familiarity with radar, EW systems, telecommunications, digital, and automotive applications
- Experience using Salesforce CRM and account management methodologies.
- Fluency in English
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Dutch and French is a strong advantage given the multilingual Benelux market.
