At q-tech, we are looking for a Solution Architect for a German start-up specializing in vector databases and semantic search.
Our client develops innovative technology in the field of artificial intelligence, offering vector-based search solutions to enhance information retrieval in complex environments. Their platform enables businesses to process unstructured data with precision and efficiency, optimizing recommendation systems and advanced data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical needs and business objectives.
- Design scalable and efficient solutions based on vector database technologies and cloud services.
- Advise on integrating the platform into existing systems, ensuring maximum compatibility and performance.
- Support the sales team with technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects.
- Conduct technical training and workshops for clients and partners.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal engineering and product teams, conveying key feedback to enhance the platform.
- Stay up to date with trends in semantic search, machine learning, and advanced database technologies.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with databases and search engines.
- Deep understanding of vector search and machine learning.
- Strong programming skills, preferably in Python.
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and cloud platforms.
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
Preferred Qualifications
- Contributions to open-source projects.
- Experience in AI-driven systems such as NLP, recommendation systems, or computer vision.
- Knowledge of distributed architectures and microservices.
